Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Risk Warning

Trading digital assets and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss. The value of your investments can go down as well as up. You may lose all of the capital you invest. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. This platform is not responsible for any trading losses.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CryptoHub ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where use of this Platform is prohibited by law.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

3. Account Registration

To access trading features, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
Keeping your email address and contact details up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

We may require identity verification before allowing withdrawals or higher transaction limits. You agree to provide accurate identity documents when requested. Providing false documents is grounds for immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your account after admin review and approval.
We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect wallet addresses.
Minimum deposit amounts may apply as communicated on the platform.

Withdrawals

All withdrawals are subject to review and approval by our team.
A funding (transactional) password is required to submit withdrawal requests.
We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals if fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
Processing times are not guaranteed and may vary.

6. Trading Rules

All trades are final once submitted. You cannot cancel a trade after it is placed.
Binary options trades expire at the time selected. The outcome is determined at expiry.
Contract (futures) positions may be liquidated if margin falls below the required level.
The Platform may adjust trade outcomes, suspend trading, or restrict access at any time without prior notice.
Fees apply to trades as displayed in the Trade Settings section of the platform.

7. Referral Programme

Our referral programme rewards users who invite others. Rewards are subject to the following conditions:

The invited user must deposit the minimum required amount and complete the minimum required trading volume.
Reward amounts and conditions are set by the platform and may change at any time.
Abuse of the referral system (e.g. self-referral, fake accounts) will result in forfeiture of all rewards and account suspension.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform
Create accounts using false or stolen identities
Use automated bots or scripts to access the Platform
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform
Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction

9. Platform Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. All trading on the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending withdrawals at the time of termination will be processed at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to the appropriate courts or arbitration as required by applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction.
